Presenter Biographies

Bruce Dravis, Partner, Downey Brand LLP

Bruce Dravis is a partner at Downey Brand LLP. He has practiced corporate and securities law for 25 years, as outside corporate counsel and as General Counsel for a publicly traded semiconductor manufacturer that was acquired by Intel Corporation. He is former Co-Chair of the Corporations Committee of the California State Bar’s Business Section and is Publications Chair for the Corporate Governance Subcommittee of the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Section of Business Law. 

 

Mark Harrison, Tax Senior Manager, Moss Adams LLP

Mark earned his masters degree in tax and has over 16 years experience in public accounting serving companies of all sizes.  Mark’s experience includes income tax provision (ASC 740) preparation and assistance, tax 404 consultations, tax return preparation, research and development credit assistance, international tax planning, state and local tax planning, tax accounting method consultation, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganization assistance. Mark works closely with his clients so he understands the business issues they face so he can proactively suggest tax ideas and respond to business needs. 

 

Tony O’Donnell, Business Assurance Senior Manager, Moss Adams LLP

Tony has over 15 years experience providing accounting and advisory services to publicly traded and closely?held in a wide variety of clients including clients involved in technology, manufacturing and distribution, and agriculture industries. Tony is experienced in performing due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and internal controls. His specialties include manufacturing and distribution, equipment related technology, software licensing and implementation, and seed and agriculture.
