    Sacramento Business Journal:  The company buying SureWest Communications is raising money to complete the deal. Consolidated Communications Holdings Inc. on Monday said it intends to sell $350 million in senior notes that mature in 2020 to partially fund the deal with Roseville’s SureWest.
